The booking fee of 1000 SEK needs to be paid within 10 days after the booking is made.
The booking fee will be deducted from the price. The remaning rent needs to be paid no later than 40 days prior to arrival. If you book later than 40 days in advance the whole amount needs to be paid immediately.

If the cancellation occurs earlier than 40 days prior to arrival a fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.  
Cancellation less than 40 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the booking fee. Should you cancel due to illness or accident (needs to be verified by doctors certificate), you will receive the amount you paid excluding administrative fee of 1000 SEK.
